Role: Dutch speaking User Support Advisor

Salary: Salary 16,100 EUR (this includes basic salary and fixed language bonus) gross p/m plus meal allowance of around 150 EUR net p/m plus 60 EUR gross p/m transport allowance plus performance bonus (paid annually)

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Mon-Sat 8am-8pm

Relocation package:€2,500 relocation support (paid along 30 days after completion of training) case relocating from outside Portugal

****Currently there is a sign on bonus of up to 2,500 EUR gross offered

As an User Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this online video sharing platform. This is an exciting role where you guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience. Besides this, you will answer any questions they may have in regards to posting videos, arranging password resets as well as any other general customer queries. Althought this is a multi-channel support role, the majority of client interaction is done via live chat and therefore multi-tasking and being able to handle multiple chats at the same time will be important in this job.

Salary 16,100 EUR (this includes basic salary and fixed language bonus) gross p/m plus meal allowance of around 150 EUR net p/m plus 60 EUR gross p/m transport allowance plus performance bonus (paid annually). A relocation bonus for those relocating is offered of 2,500 EUR gross (paid within a couple of weeks) and a sign on bonus of 2,500 is offered at the moment.
