Your work

  • Assist customers via phone and email with delivery, tracking, shipment updates, and general order questions
  • Provide clear guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users enjoy a smooth customer journey
  • Represent a fast-growing e-commerce delivery brand with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication and soft skills — you’ll be supporting users with delivery and logistics inquiries
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Good command of English (B2)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living locally
  • Availability to start on 16/12
  • EU Passport
OFFER
  • 1100 EUR base salary + monthly performance bonus
  • Full relocation package (paid flight, airport pickup, and up to 2 weeks of accommodation)
