Your work
- Assist customers via phone and email with delivery, tracking, shipment updates, and general order questions
- Provide clear guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users enjoy a smooth customer journey
- Represent a fast-growing e-commerce delivery brand with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and soft skills — you’ll be supporting users with delivery and logistics inquiries
- Fluency in Italian
- Good command of English (B2)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living locally
- Availability to start on 16/12
- EU Passport
OFFER
- 1100 EUR base salary + monthly performance bonus
- Full relocation package (paid flight, airport pickup, and up to 2 weeks of accommodation)
- 40h/week contract
