Your Role
- Support users via phone and email
- Assist customers with inquiries related to movies, series, and platform navigation
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Handle issues professionally using strong communication and problem-solving skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent French (C2/native level)
- English B2
- Excellent soft skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based there
- Comfortable working with customers and digital platforms
- EU passport
OFFER
- Salary: €1,045 – €1,100 gross/month + performance bonus
- 40h/week, rotational shifts
- Paid flight, airport pickup & 45 days of paid accommodation
- Higher pay for weekends and holidays (according to Greek law)
