DESCRIPTION
Join the largest cleaning services platform in Switzerland, now expanding its dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence between customers and service providers. You will:
- Coordinate with employees to ensure timely acceptance and execution of services
- Assist customers during onboarding and collect accurate service information
- Troubleshoot service execution issues such as access or scheduling challenges
- Manage and process feedback, complaints, damage claims, and quality issues
- Handle employee absences according to internal guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date customer payment information
- Respond to employee inquiries about contracts and payroll
This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon. Initial training period (approx. 4 weeks) will be fully onsite.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid EU passport or work permit for Portugal (no sponsorship provided)
- Fluent in French and at least B2 level English
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role
- Experience with tools like Zendesk is a strong advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work early shifts and occasionally on Saturdays
OFFER
- Salary range: €1300–€1400
- Additional **13th and 14th salary** payments per year
- Monthly transportation bonus of approximately €40
- Performance and quality bonus (\~€150/month)
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week between 6:30 and 17:00
- Option to work **2 days from home** after training
