French Customer Support Job in Greece - WHF or Office

What Is Your Daily Life Like?

• Start your shift between 09:00 and 21:00 (Monday-Sunday)
• Handle customer inquiries, from troubleshooting to product recommendations
• Use your technical expertise to provide solutions
• Work with a global team, sharing best practices
• Meet key performance targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience

✔ Fluent French (C1) & English (C1)

✔  Work EU Permit

✔ Technical proficiency (ability to navigate multiple applications and a virtual desktop)

✔ Customer service experience (preferably in a CSR role)

✔ Affinity for technology and problem-solving

✔ Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection

✔ Available to work for at least 12 months

• Salary: €1,045.72/month + up to €150 performance bonus
• Possibility of Fully remote (Work-at-Home)  or Office
