THE ROLE:
You will help travelers with information related to a wide choice of luxury and budget hotels, apartments, homes and villas to suit all budgets and travel occasions and support for changes or cancellations. You will also inform customers about available offers based on their needs and help in the management of their bookings.
You will be the first point of contact to solve eventual issues they have in the planned holidays following quality and productivity targets
The job is done through phone and email.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- EU passport MANDATORY
- Fluent English level C1
- Availability to move to Budapest
- Emphatic approach and capability to work with customers
- Enthusiastic attitude to work with an international team
