Your Responsibilities
- Represent a well-known international car rental brand.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in French.
- Support customers with new reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle general inquiries related to travel, mobility, and car rental services.
- Provide tailored mobility solutions based on each customer’s needs.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
- Share ideas to help improve customer experience and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent French, C1 level or higher.
- Good English skills for internal communication.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
- No previous experience required, as full paid training is provided.
- Availability to work full-time in Sofia, Bulgaria.
