DESCRIPTION
We are looking for native French speakers who are available immediately and ready to relocate to Greece to join an international customer support team for one of the world’s most popular entertainment platforms.

- Provide customer support via phone, chat and email
- Assist users with questions about movies, series, and platform navigation, accounts
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Handle issues professionally using strong communication and problem‑solving skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level French (C2)
- English at B2 level
- Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Greece (or already based there)
- EU passport
OFFER
- Salary: €1,045 – €1,100 gross/month x 14 monthly salary payments
- Performance bonus
- 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
- Paid flight, airport pickup
- 45 days of paid accommodation
- Higher pay for weekend and holiday shifts (as per Greek law)
