- Respond to inquiries from both new and existing business clients through phone, email, and live chat
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients who have previously contacted via chat or email
- Emphasize post-purchase customer support, avoiding direct sales
- Independent and proactive problem-solving, utilizing an extensive knowledge base
