DESCRIPTION
We are looking for fluent German speakers to join the German Customer Care team of an innovative online payment platform.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone calls, chat, and occasional emails
- Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Meet performance targets set by both the client and internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken)
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in customer service or customer success is a plus
- Basic technical understanding
- Availability to work on-site in Athens
