German Customer Support: Get ready for Netflix & Greece!

The Job

You will be the voice of Netflix support, providing professional technical support for all the German customers. It's time to take Netflix & chilling to a whole new level in beautiful Athens. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Provide the best customer support via phone (through the computer)
• Give accurate and complete information - you will be introduced to all tools and platforms. Resolve payment issues, forgotten passwords, error messages, and account sharing. 
• Build fast relationships with customers; answer questions with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism.

You must have a European passport to apply.

• You speak and write German fluently, and you speak English.
• Customer support experience is a bonus but not a must.
• You've got basic computer skills.
• You're a problem solver who loves to learn and grow.
• You have great communication skills, a good listener, and an expert in building interpersonal relationships.
