- You will be responsible for managing "retention goal" phone contacts with customers .
- Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
- Advising customers on all services and offers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent German + English (preferable)
- Good communication skills
- Contact center environment experience
- Sales/ Retention experience
