Your mission:
- You will be responsible for managing "retention goal" phone contacts with customers .
-Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
-Advising customers on all services and offers.
REQUIREMENTS
-Native or fluent German + English (preferable)
-Good communication skills
-Contact center environment experience
-Sales/ Retention experience
