- €1,100 gross/month (paid 14x per year)
- €100 gross monthly bonus (paid 11x per year)

The Role
As a Content Moderator, you will review and monitor content on a leading e-commerce platform.
Your role is to ensure all content meets quality, safety, and compliance standards while helping maintain trust in the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Review content within set quality and service levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Stay up to date with policy and process changes
- Maintain knowledge of e-commerce products and standards
- Work across rotational shifts
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and English
- Strong decision-making and moderation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Cultural awareness and local market knowledge
