Do you want to work in the travel industry and build a career in customer service? Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Enschede!

Join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative, assisting travel agencies with booking-related inquiries while delivering outstanding service. Enjoy a paid training program, hybrid working conditions, and excellent development opportunities in an international environment.

What will you do?
  • Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
  • Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
  • Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling

Candidate profile
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with complex computer systems
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Enschede, Netherlands 
  • In possession of a valid passport and Dutch BSN number 
Employer offers
  • Paid full-time training (up to 10 weeks)
  • Seven-month contract with long-term opportunities

  • 2646 € gross per month based on 40 hour work week.
