-Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs

-Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries

-Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset

-Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions

-Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations

-Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations

-Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling

-Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level

-Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred

-Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-Comfortable working with complex computer systems

-Team player with an international mindset

-Flexible, service-oriented, and proactive attitude

-Paid full-time training (up to 10 weeks)

-Seven-month contract with long-term opportunities
