Take your chance! We are looking for German-speaking customer advisors for online banking in Alicante, Spain!

What do we offer you?
- Salary: €1,825.21 gross per month (based on full-time)
- Contract: Permanent contract with 2 months probation period
- Working hours: Choice of 39, 36, 34 or 32 hours per week
- Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00
Note: The above opening hours are the official project times. We ask all candidates to be fully available during these days and times, as work shifts will be scheduled accordingly. Preferred time slots within these opening hours can be requested after approval from team leaders.
- Full-time training: You are available full-time for two weeks of classroom training at our office in Alicante, followed by two weeks of on-the-job training
- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
- Workplace: A safe and friendly work environment in our Alicante office – this position is 100% on-site, home office is not possible

- On the phone, you will help customers with their online banking questions.
- Sales are not part of your job, and you can handle conversations in your own way, without a script. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should have good communication skills and enjoy answering customer questions.
- No customer service experience? No problem! You will receive a paid 2-week full-time training where we teach you everything you need to know. You’ll gain some great new skills!
What do we require?
- Languages: German C1-C2 level and English B2 level
- Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00
- Availability: You are available at least 5 days per week, two evenings per week until 23:00, as well as two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)
- Full-time training: You are fully available during the 4-week training phase
- Qualifications: Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and an affinity for administrative tasks. Basic knowledge and experience with computers are also required
- You hold a valid European passport – an ID card is not sufficient for this role unless you have already worked in Spain
- You can start in Alicante on 20/10/2025
