German-Speaking Customer Support Agent in Sofia, Bulgaria

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist German-speaking customers with their questions and provide professional support across different communication channels. You will help customers find the right solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

-Providing professional customer support via phone, email, and chat

-Assisting customers with product-related questions and account inquiries

-Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through solutions

-Escalating complex cases to the relevant internal departments

-Documenting customer interactions and following internal processes accurately

-Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

-Collaborating with international colleagues in a fast-paced environment

-Fluent German and English

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities

-Able to work independently as well as within a team

-Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage
