We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor for our partner company in the insurance sector, ready to kick-start their career in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for customers, you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and provide friendly, solution-focused advice. You’ll handle inquiries professionally, ensuring they never escalate, and always find a satisfactory resolution for your customers.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Advisor in the insurance industry, you’ll utilize your skills to resolve issues accurately and efficiently while providing solution-oriented advice to your customers. The dynamic nature of this role allows you to develop IT skills and progress your international career at your own pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling German-speaking inbound customer service via phone, chat, and email for various insurance topics.
 - Responding to emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc.
 - Documenting relevant case details in the internal ticketing system.
 - Processing claims or cancellations as requested by customers.
 - Archiving completed cases electronically.
 - Updating customer data or making necessary amendments.
 - Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
 - Appropriately handling customer escalations and documenting the process precisely.
 - Representing the company’s values and maintaining a strong reputation.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- German proficiency at C1/C2 level or native fluency, plus English proficiency at B2 level.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Experience in troubleshooting and solving customer problems (preferred).
 - Patience and empathy to understand customer queries correctly.
 - Ability to handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
 - Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
