What will you do?
- Collect and share client feedback to improve services
- Develop account strategies aligned with client/business goals
- Manage client issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Build strong client and internal relationships
- Research client goals and market trends
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities
- Present tailored advertising solutions
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
- Stay informed about digital advertising trends and tools
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
- Share client insights and campaign results
- Achieve revenue and performance targets
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
High school diploma required
Fluent in German and good level of English
2+ years in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales
Proven ability to manage accounts and meet sales targets
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads
CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics 365) preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Organized, goal-driven, and able to multitask
