Workster is partnering with a global customer experience and technology services provider to recruit a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist for their support center in Katowice.
If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems step-by-step, this role allows you to support customers while developing your technical troubleshooting skills — no engineering background required.
Your Role:
- Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers.
- Provide support regarding repairs, warranties, spare parts and minor technical issues.
- Troubleshoot problems remotely and guide customers through solutions.
- Recommend the right services and support options based on customer needs.
- Log interactions and follow workflows using internal CRM systems.
No sales involved
Full training provided
You do NOT need technical certification
Your Qualifications:
- German language fluency (C1 level).
- Willingness to work on-site in Katowice.
- Logical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Positive approach to communication and customer care.
- Previous customer support experience is helpful but not required.
- English is a plus, but not mandatory.
