What will you do?
Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients in the German market
Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital advertising services
Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions
Increase customer spend through upselling strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
Handle a high volume of daily client interactions
Identify growth opportunities and reduce customer churn

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Fluent in German (C2) and English
BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven strategies
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of the German market and business culture
Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and campaign performance
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations
