Greek Speaking Account Manager

In this role, you will:

• Make weekly calls to independent retailers (toy stores, hobby shops, bookstores, etc.) to ensure they have the right product range in stock
• Advise them on the best products to suit their business needs, helping them maximise sales opportunities
• Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with your customers
• Conduct stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items
• Keep customers informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals
• Look for ways to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships

• Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues
• Excellent customer service and time management abilities
• High-level multitasking and organisational skills
• Proven ability to influence clients and grow sales

Requirements:

• Language ability: This role requires fluency in Greek, English and one additional European language listed: German, Polish, Dutch, Italian, Czech, Danish.
• Location: Full-time office role at our Barcelona office.
• Education: A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Working Hours: 40h per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (depending on your territory)
