Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and engaging way
- Manage hotel and flight reservations, as well as car rentals
- Ensure customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey
- Handle confidential customer data responsibly and in line with company policies
- Contribute to a positive brand image through excellent service
- Work closely with a dynamic team to maintain consistent service quality
Requirements
- Fluent Greek at minimum C1 level, written and spoken
- English at B2 level for internal communication and training
- Good computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional attitude
- Availability to work on-site in Katowice
- Readiness to start according to schedule
