SWOT Hospitality is looking for a Hostess with the warmest smile and can-do attitude to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE.

To be successful in this role you must be a people person, presentable & trendy, energetic, and most important have a passion for hospitality not only to serve our guests but to create a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting guests with the warmest smile as they enter the restaurant.

• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions while seating them to their tables.

• Managing the reservations system.

• Engaging with the guests and ensuring they are having a wonderful dining experience.

• Responding to guests queries via telephone, email, or any social media platform.
