DESCRIPTION
- Hunting and farming inside sales campaigns and responsibility for running several different products/services related to campaigns primarily on the North American markets
- Using of CRM tools, different outbound telephone techniques for cold calling and account management, and other digital sales techniques and tools (email, LinkedIn, video conferencing, online fairs/events, and blog posting)
- Accountability of finding and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Working closely with several client field sales managers across the different business units
- Responsibility for finding, nurturing, and qualifying the opportunity and once the opportunity is presented to the field sales manager for timely follow-up, continuing to support and co-operate with the opportunity until it is won
- The role is based on a 40 hours week, Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm with the time difference
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English (C2) and good knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in working with the North American markets is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- Some experience or transferable skill from a previous role related to sales, customer service, or sales support
- Experience in working with targets is an advantage
- Willingness to move to the Ulm-area
- Agility and desire to learn new things
- Being able to adapt behaviors to different sales scenarios and situations
- Knowing that in any sales role, persistence is a critical success factor
- Being able to show initiative
- Good personal energy and a positive mindset about sales
