DESCRIPTION
Do you have sales experience, are fluent in languages, and would like to join an international team based in Madrid? This could be your opportunity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the full internal sales cycle for the Swiss market.
- Identification of sales opportunities and closing of sales.
- Maintenance and development of relationships with current and potential clients.
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Reporting on sales activity and achievement of objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Essential languages: Dutch and English
- Experience in the sales and commercial sector
OFFER
- Starting gross annual salary: €28,000.
- Salary review after 6 months: €30,000 gross per year.
- Additional 10% bonus (SIP), subject to annual performance evaluation.
- For the first 3 months: in-person at the office (Madrid), 5 days a week.
- Subsequently: hybrid model (3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote).
- Location: Coslada.
- First 6 months with Adecco plus transition to full-time employment.
