- Customer Interaction: Provide customers with a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to quality guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: Italian C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Experience: Preferable experience in customer service
- Soft Skills: Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented
OFFER
- Contract Duration: 1year
- Sunday and 1 rotational day
- Travel Costs: Reimbursement
- From outside Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
- From inside Portugal: No accommodation provided
- Coverage from day 1 (with monthly payment)
- Free after 6 months of contract
Welcome Bonus
- Welcome Bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
