Review and moderate user-generated content according to company policies and guidelines.
Identify and report policy violations, ensuring platform safety and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve operational processes.
Maintain high quality standards while supporting both customer experience and content integrity.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent level in Italian and English C1
  • Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills ; Confortable with digital tools and phone-based support 
  • Availability for rotating Shifts
