Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Medical Devices

Are you fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)? Join an international team in Athens and provide customer support for a leading medical devices company. Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required—we provide full training.
Salary & Bonuses
Gross Salary: €950/month
Italian Language Bonus: €100/month (gross)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPIs
Welcome Bonus: €500 (paid with salary after 3 months)
Retention Bonus: €250 (paid after 6 months)

Working Hours
The operation runs on a rotating shift schedule:
Monday–Friday: 08:30–00:00
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 24/7
Your Responsibilities
Provide technical support for customers using medical devices
Assist with product operation, troubleshooting, specifications, warranties, and accessories
Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Accurately document customer interactions
Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines
Requirements
Italian language proficiency at C1 level
English language proficiency at B2 level
High school diploma
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service, technical support, or call center experience is an advantage but not essential
