Italian Customer Support in Athens ( relocation)

What your responsibilities will be:

• Give support to customers via phone, email and chat for the one of the biggest IT comapny.
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with clients and show customer service empathy.
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are solved in an efficient and timely manner.

Who you are:

• You are a native Italian native speaker
• You have a good knowledge of English (B2+)
• You are flexible, team player and you like new challenges and adventures
• You enjoy dealing with customers, troubleshooting and multitasking
