Italian OR French Customer Service - Remote

Are you ready to spice up your career in Customer Service? We're on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Consultant for the Italian OR the French market, with sales superpowers and a flawless command of English to join our fantastic team. 

Your mission: 

▶ You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers. 

▶ Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty. 

▶ Advising customers on all services and offers. 

▶ Native or fluent Italian OR French + English (mandatory). 

▶ Good communication skills 

▶ Contact center environment experience. 

▶ Sales experience
