What you'll do
- Assess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards;
- Identify and address content that does not comply with platform guidelines;
- Moderate comments, posts, and appeals to maintain a respectful space;
- Apply relevant classifications for better organization and accessibility;
- Uphold legal and platform guidelines to protect integrity;
- Document moderation actions and identify recurring issues;
- Communicate with policy, compliance, and legal departments for complex cases;
- Work on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
