What will you do?
  • Welcome customers with a polite, friendly reception according to Quality Guidelines and KPIs
  • Provide consumers with accurate information and effective solutions following established procedures
  • Add sales opportunities whenever possible, matching both company and customer needs
  • Operate daily support and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of operations
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • C2 level Italian and B2 level English
  • EU passport or Portuguese citizenship with willingness to relocate
  • Clean criminal record
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work in a structured environment

Salary & Benefits
Monthly gross total(12 salaries): €1,330:
  •  €1,167 base
  • €20 transport allowance (gross)
  • €145 net meal allowance (20 working days)
  • performance bonus up to 100€
Start wave of 23/10: Welcome Bonus: €2,000 in first year, paid in 12 equal installments (absenteeism <6%)
  • Accommodation: Optional private room in shared apartment, €280/month, all expenses included
  • Extras: Public health insurance and optional private health insurance €23/month for first 6 months, free thereafter
  • Career Growth: Apply and interview internally for higher-level positions after 6 months
