In this job, you will be helping adventurous people get the best experience possible. If you're in, then your daily work will include:
- Providing high quality customer service and instructing people on the phone and through email. It's all about that customer love!
- Helping with booking hotels, cancelling plans, shifting dates, etc.
- Sorting out any issues with their accounts, loyalty cards, and deals.
- Solving problems, multitasking, and keeping a friendly vibe.
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak and write in Italian fluently. Plus, you should be smooth in English (B2 level).
- Experience in customer support is a bonus, but if you're new to the game, don't worry.
- You have basic computer skills.
- You are a problem-solver and a people person with great motivational and soft skills.
- Great communication and multitasking skills.
