Support gamers via phone, email, and chat.

Assist with account access, billing, payments, and other account-related questions.

Troubleshoot console, network, and platform issues.

Keep customers informed and provide clear, effective solutions.

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed.

Fluency in Danish and very good English skills.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

An interest in gaming, digital platforms, and technology.

Confidence handling customer queries and learning new tools.

Monday–Friday | 11:00–19:30

Full-time employment | 40 hours per week
