DESCRIPTION
Support new merchants during onboarding, guiding them through setup and activation of SumUp products (Card Readers, POS Lite/Plus/Pro, Kiosk)

Drive early product adoption by assisting with key activation steps, training sessions, and first transaction goals

Monitor merchant activity, proactively reaching out to inactive users to offer support and boost engagement

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of onboarding experience

Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot onboarding issues, escalating complex cases and covering the inbound support line as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in German and English (C1 or C2)

A natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset

An outstanding communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers

Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
