DESCRIPTION
Adecco HR is seeking a Manager Operations for our client operational centre in Portugal. In this
challenging role the manager will set up a new Operational Centre in Lisbon from
scratch, with a focus on recruiting French and other multilingual talents.

Responsabilities:
Recruiting French speaking talents
Being in contact with the client regarding the setup, training and all that is needed to
offer the requested knowledge and capacity
Implement and monitor all KPIs and measures needed to report the productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures of our clients
Make use and collaborate with various departments and out two other hubs to ensure the
required operation of the hub
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Develop and initiate activities regarding operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Be in constant contact with clients to also expand our partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team manager in a call centre or similar
administrative centre, where KPI’s and productivity monitoring is a way of working
Proficiency in French, English, and Portuguese
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, and a can-do mentality
A background in law is a plus, as well as a commercial and academic background
Residency in Lisbon
