Handle incoming customer calls and emails about medical equipment and related services.

Guide users through technical issues and troubleshooting steps.

Resolve inquiries efficiently and forward more complex cases to the relevant teams.

Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely solutions.

Fluent Polish and very good English skills.

Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-focused mindset.

Confidence in handling technical questions and explaining information clearly.

Previous customer support or call center experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with medical devices, support platforms, or MS Office is a plus.

Monday–Friday.
