Norwegian Business Development Manager–Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (Affiliate Marketing) to join a dynamic and fast-growing international team. This is a hybrid position, with the office based in Aarhus, offering flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our affiliate partnerships across key markets. You will play a central role in driving revenue growth, building strong long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the affiliate ecosystem.

About You

• Fluent in Norwegian and strong English communication skills

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, or Online Marketing

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
