As part of the team, you will provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with product-related questions, account inquiries, and technical issues. You will guide users through solutions, escalate more complex cases when necessary, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Depending on the project, you may also be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it complies with company policies and community guidelines. This may involve handling sensitive content with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail while helping to maintain a safe online environment.
Throughout your role, you will collaborate with international colleagues in a fast-paced environment, accurately document customer interactions, and follow internal processes and quality standards.
