What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face and voice for our premium customers, assisting them with all travel-related queries ๐โ๏ธ
- Advise our partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, and membership programs ๐ซ๐ผ
- Help customers purchase airline tickets and manage various payment methods ๐ณ๐ซ
- Support travelers facing difficulties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey ๐ค๐ค๏ธ
- Provide exceptional assistance to passengers via calls, chat, and emails ๐๐ฌโ๏ธ
Location:
- Join us in our Warsaw office for the first 6-9 months. Depending on your stellar performance, you may have the opportunity to enjoy hybrid work! ๐ขโก๏ธ๐
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in the team with passion to travel and great sense of humor.
- Proactivity is creativity is our second name!
- Service-oriented thinking: focus on the customer experience โ they come first!
- Language Ninja: fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (min. B2).
- Master of administration and technology: you have administrative and technical knowledge.
- Listening is an art: great communication and listening skills.
