What will you do?
Engage with Norwegian-market clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions
Manage a high volume of accounts, delivering exceptional service and sales support
Drive revenue growth through effective selling and convincing techniques
Work with performance targets and KPIs to meet or exceed objectives
Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
Cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
C2 level Norwegian and high-level English (written and spoken)
Proven sales experience with strong persuasion skills
Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Track record of achieving high-volume sales results
Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
