DESCRIPTION
  • Represent Results-CX and our client on a top level providing and drive growth through high volume outbound calling and emailing existing customers leads.
  • Effectively promote diverse range of client products.
  • Achieving great customer satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs, offering the best possible solution.
  • Actively and creatively contributing to the whole support process, thus providing the best services and products for our clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks through proactive outreach and efficient conversion of leads.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maximize revenue generation
REQUIREMENTS
  • Very good level of Swedish or Dutch and English – at least C1 – C2 level.
  • A minimum experience in a sales capacity or a similar role is essential.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach.
  • Well-developed customer orientation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Must be living in EU and have valid documents to work in the country of residence!
