We are looking for Dutch speakers with a sports-oriented spirit and strong communication skills. As a Customer Care Representative for Foot Locker, you will provide high-quality customer satisfaction in your own language.

Your responsibilities: 

• Provide a customer
• Friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand
• Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts
• Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability 

The Profile: 

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a high level of English
• You have excellent listening and communications skills
• You have proficient solid Microsoft Office experience
• You are interested in providing quality customer service
• You are open to learning all about customer care strategies and understanding of company’s products 
• You are outgoing and charming 
• ***Experience in customer support is a plus
