DESCRIPTION

Working on shift-basis, you will:
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to our players through live chat, email, and phone.
- Create, edit, and translate promotional content to keep our communications accurate and engaging.
- Review and validate customer accounts in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Reach out proactively to players to offer assistance, resolve queries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A dependable team player with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
- Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple applications, and typing efficiently.
