We are currently looking for Slovak-speaking Solutions Consultants to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will support users of digital products and services while developing valuable experience within customer support and technology.

No previous tech experience is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver a great customer experience.

• Support users with digital products and services via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot inquiries and find effective solutions using internal tools and resources

• Work with CRM software, ticketing systems, and digital support tools

• Ensure cases are handled efficiently and within agreed service levels

• Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices

• Stay up to date with new products, features, and technologies through continuous training

• Fluent Slovak and a good level of English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

• Good active listening and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable following structured processes and guidelines

• Quick learner with an interest in technology

• Previous tech experience is not required
