Salary: 3,700 BGN gross/month + 2,000 BGN gross sign-on bonus (for August & September starters)

Start date: Multiple start dates available

Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to customers worldwide. We are looking for a motivated Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sofia and provide outstanding customer experiences.

 

Your day-to-day:

  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and professional service experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, the brand, and the industry to provide accurate information.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide correct, tailored responses.
  • Manage customer inquiries in a timely manner, documenting cases in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain high service standards.

 

What you bring:

  • Near-native Slovenian (C1) and good English skills (B2).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or higher education.

 

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary: 3,700 BGN gross/month + monthly performance bonuses.
  • Sign-on bonus: 2,000 BGN gross for August & September starters.

  • 14 nights in a city centre hotel (breakfast included).
