Salary: 3500 BGN + performance bonus (up to 300 BGN/month)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional product support via phone, email, and chat
- Use CRM and ticketing tools to resolve issues quickly and accurately
- Meet targets for response time, resolution, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge
- Stay up to date with training and product updates
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to follow structured processes and use support tools effectively
- Fast learner, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Team-oriented and motivated by customer satisfaction
