Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative - Athens

On behalf of our client, we are looking for the next Spanish speaker Customer Service Representative to join their team in their offices in Athens. Are you a problem-solver with good communication skills?

As a Spanish Customer Service Representative you will:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat
  • Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets
  • Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a must- have
  • Fluency in Greek is nice-to- have
  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar CS role is appreciated
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and prioritize work
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotation
