What you will do:

• Be Telia’s most valuable voice, exuding the company’s values on every step of the customer journey
• Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless customer experience
• Provide advice and insights on fixed and mobile communication solutions
• Resolve issues of a technical nature in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow up with a thorough needs’ assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns
• Turn every customer into a happy customer!
• Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!

What you will bring:

• Fluency in Swedish
• Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is good to have
• Work experience in a customer support role will be considered an asset
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as a problem-solving mentality
• Tech savviness – a deep interest in technology as well as willingness to learn more
• A positive and adventurous attitude
• A sponge that is willing to soak up all the knowledge and experience we offer
