Your responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a strong first impression
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships
• Support businesses in adopting cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365
• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the business
Candidate profile
• Native-level Swedish and fluent English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Interest or experience in IT sales or cloud technologies
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Nice to have
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
• Microsoft certifications within cloud or modern workplace solutions
What is offered
• Full-time Spanish contract
• Hybrid working model in Málaga
• Salary: €25,000 gross/year + up to €4,800 bonus
